I am so sorry I have not continued my blog in a while- i apologise to you all! I have been very busy these last couple of months, coping with a new councillor, the transition into college and keeping healthy. And i would like to inform you all- that I am doing great. Before I continue my story I would like to thank you all for the overwhelming response of views and comments on the first section of my story ”still standing”, i the response and views has been phenominal. I value all your support.

So anyway in my last blog i promised you I would carry on my story so here we go.

So now, i had collapsed in my house and all of my friends were beginning to find out that all was not as it seemed, I had an eating disorder. I was a very very sick little girl. But still, until you have felt this way you cannot possibly understand the emotions that were going through my mind. The deal was this: you do this because it feels good, it punishes you, it’s the only way you can deal with things and take back control into a life which feels like it’s over-taking you and yet it makes you beautiful right? You’ll be thin and people will love you right? Not what happens. I became so thin that it took me every ounce of energy I had left to get up in the morning, my hair began to fall out and still to this day, comes away when I brush my hair. I was angry all the time and stopped living life. My life revolved around three things- avoiding food, hiding my eating disorder and excersise. So much excersise.

It was a haunting spiral, that meant my life was now ruined no matter what. You see, once you get to a certain point and an eating disorder takes hold of you- you can’t just come up. You have to go all the way down to the lowest point possible before you can come back up-and the lowest point is an extrememly dangerous place to be, and many of those who reach it, never return. I urge anybody with the first symtpoms of an eating disorder not to let it take hold of them because it is so important that you deal with it before you get to the serious stages. The stages that kill many, the stages that nearly killed me.

keep healthy, keep well, love yourself. Every one of you is special. We are all beautiful in our own way it just takes time to realise it.

Make-up free and fresh-faced, Dannii Minogue looks just as beautiful as her son.

Kris Smith doesn’t look half bad either!

Dannii Tweeted: “Hey everyone thanks for all your wishes, we are loving baby Ethan and Kris is the best dad in the world. X.”

Kris posted a second pic of Ethan on his Twitter page, saying: “Hey guys, look at our beautiful Ethan, he is the most adorable little man, looks like his amazing mum. X”

I told Rick off…well..i told him how i felt. I got everything off my chest and i actually felt better, one thing was…he cried and  i cried a bit myself. I felt bad. I mean we never argued like this. It was very dramatic in a way, Depressing. Wow. very depressing, He sent me tons of voice messages, It was like messages after messages. I couldnt even catch up with it. I didnt know what to do. It was hard for me. I lied to him that i loved him more. why? Well  because i hate hurting people. But then it also feels good. He might hate me if he ever reads this. I told him i could live without talking to him. Its true. I can. I mean ive gone through a whole week without talking to him. Now that i see it. Ever since i told him how i felt, its like he wants to talk to me more. But before that, he forgets to text me or even talk to me. I mean come on. Im right there. You can talk t me anytime at all. Its not that hard.

I came home from school and well, i had two voice messages from Rick. He needed me.

So heres how it went. He just got more heartbroken cause the chick he was going to get with didnt trust him. His ex gf  Nikki, didnt want him either. She broke his heart. Bianca didnt trust him and so yeah. It was hard for him. I mean i tried to help you know? He didnt tell me much but He told me something like he doesnt even know what to do in life anymore I told him he could do way much better than them. I told him not to ever say that because as you know everyone! theres more to life than just love. :] so yeah. After the talk. I tried to calm him down but he couldnt calm down. I didnt really know what to do.. but i was also cooking at the same time. Food almost got burnt. But its oksy. So yeah i told him i had to go eat and ill talk to him later, i texted him.”Hey im gonna go eat so ttyl. DONT DO ANYTHING STUPID CAUSE YOU KNOW ILL ALWAYS BE HERE FOR YOU…he texted back ill try anf that was it. So when i think of it, its hard. I mean if i have to break another heart i would. But its also gonna make me feel bad..so im not gonna do it. Its really hard when it comes to rick. I mean id take a bullet for him. id walk miles and miles to trace his footsteps. Everything :[ . i dont know whats wrong with me.

Its this time of year again on channel 4, Coach Trip is back! I love this show. Its amazing. Its on at 5PM Monday to Friday only on Channel 4 with the tour guide Brendon. There are some very interesting characters in this years show and im sure its going to be an amazing show. With a mix of young and old people!

So remember to turn Channel 4 on at 5PM!

Its nearly this time of year again with Britains Got Talent is coming back to our TV screens! Hopefully its going to be an amazing show this year. I personally cant wait to see the big x buzzers going buzz when someone is crap its so funny. I cant wait to see Amanda Holden, Simon Cowell and Piers Morgan back on our screens making the whole nation laugh on ITV. Its going to be an amazing year and a fantastic year for entertainment on TV.
