Ironically, I know an array of people (i.e. athletes and regular students) who are currently dealing with the affects of the “crippling process”.  As an All-State athlete, I believe the athletes have been crippled the most in every side of the spectrum. I say this because they are afforded additional privileges that regular students can’t imagine. For example, two star basketball players on academic probation, with F’s in various classes, were allowed to participate in the State Playoffs. These same two players were also allowed to graduate in order to acquire athletic scholarships.

This is an instance where one could not blame the “No Child Left Behind” act, but is the perfect example of when to blame teachers, coaches, and administrators for allowing this ridiculous feat to occur. It is instances like this one that turns “student athletes” into prima donnas and encourages “student athletes” to totally disregard academics to excel in their athletic ventures. It is instances like this one that facilitate a false sense of security that misleads an athlete to believe that he/she will be able to get away with the same stuff in college. It is in instances like this where  the students freedom to fail should be exercised completely.

for all you readers I’m here to tell u about MIDDLE SHCOOL!…middle school is not needed its simply an act where teachers and parents force you to go through so they can sit back and laugh at us.they’ll be saying stuff like”man, i remember those days…..they sucked!I’m so glad I’m not in that hell hole anymore.”ya well if yuor and average adult…lets say 24 i hope you continue to read this.

so obviously my name isn’t sally,its a cover name  i hope all of you caught on to that by now .so basically I’mhere to tell you .about the “hell hole” middle school is.I’m serious.

Ok, this is me …..well who everyone thinks i am,I m a wanna be emo….ok well that’s not me at all but lets continue.Iam   someone who makes everyone jealous because im beautiful…true (:.I am a girl who like to kiss up to the boss.TRUE! But most importantly im the pretty blonde white girl.ya white girl i know were suppose to be past all this discrimination and stuff but people lets be adults here and face it.all the white people get tossed in the dirt i go to a mexican and african american shcool. we get picked on everyday.

Now, who i realy am.I am a dependable friend,i am awesome to be around.My hair always has to look perfect(ocd) and  i am funny i am pretty i am loyal i will always be  here  for my friends yet they dont want to believe it i think its the fact that im funny pretty awesome,honor student and and fun to be around they just  want ot believe im a good friend too!

im sorry if im being too honest and to up front but you guys but i think a good relation ship with your listeners starts a good relationship.but there is another part of me tht you have not heard yet,im a hopeless romantic everytimei read a romance teen book i cry(only books i read).Plus i love boys! im the goowey sob type and when true love comes my wayi grab it.

right now i like …..lets call him mark,ok well mark is so sweet to me. we flirt alot and idk i think he could be the one if he’s  man enough  to ask me.IM SICK OF WAITING MARK! …honestly i dont know why i chose the name mark bcause thats my fishes name and thats so unatractive! come here give me a kiss…ummm no i dnt ealy wanna kiss a fish,how about you guys!

I am so sorry I have not continued my blog in a while- i apologise to you all! I have been very busy these last couple of months, coping with a new councillor, the transition into college and keeping healthy. And i would like to inform you all- that I am doing great. Before I continue my story I would like to thank you all for the overwhelming response of views and comments on the first section of my story ”still standing”, i the response and views has been phenominal. I value all your support.

So anyway in my last blog i promised you I would carry on my story so here we go.

So now, i had collapsed in my house and all of my friends were beginning to find out that all was not as it seemed, I had an eating disorder. I was a very very sick little girl. But still, until you have felt this way you cannot possibly understand the emotions that were going through my mind. The deal was this: you do this because it feels good, it punishes you, it’s the only way you can deal with things and take back control into a life which feels like it’s over-taking you and yet it makes you beautiful right? You’ll be thin and people will love you right? Not what happens. I became so thin that it took me every ounce of energy I had left to get up in the morning, my hair began to fall out and still to this day, comes away when I brush my hair. I was angry all the time and stopped living life. My life revolved around three things- avoiding food, hiding my eating disorder and excersise. So much excersise.

It was a haunting spiral, that meant my life was now ruined no matter what. You see, once you get to a certain point and an eating disorder takes hold of you- you can’t just come up. You have to go all the way down to the lowest point possible before you can come back up-and the lowest point is an extrememly dangerous place to be, and many of those who reach it, never return. I urge anybody with the first symtpoms of an eating disorder not to let it take hold of them because it is so important that you deal with it before you get to the serious stages. The stages that kill many, the stages that nearly killed me.

I’m rushing off now, but I will right again tomorow- i promise.
keep healthy, keep well, love yourself. Every one of you is special. We are all beautiful in our own way it just takes time to realise it.
