Wednesday: Back at college!
Nothing to be excited about the ” ! ” but i was back at college yesterday morning at 8.00. I must add to this that in the morning it dragged but in the afternoon it was quicker than i thought, but still i don’t like college what so ever so i thought to myself ‘why can’t we stay at home and go back on Monday like every other school does whats the point in being stuck in college when there is only Thursday and Friday left.’ So i stopped ranting on and got on with it all. However, i didn’t expect alot of new people to arrive at the college because i pleasenty surprised as i thought the older ones would go to another college as this one that i am in now is currently a main stream college at the moment.
So… tomorrow (Friday) is the last day of the week by the weekend woohoo! And then it starts all over again on Monday morning, anyway i hope you’ve enjoyed reading my first blog post and i’ll see you all soon

Tech-Hosts – Top notch, affordable hosting!
Tech-Hosts go by the line of ‘Technology Made Simple’ and they really do mean it!
Tech-Hosts are a leading provider of shared hosting, reseller hosting, master reseller hosting, SHOUTcast servers, Linux VPS and Email hosting solutions. They have been providing internet solutions since September 2007. All their shared/reseller/master servers are using the latest industry leading cPanel/WHM systems.
They claim to offer 24/7 support in a WHT post which is good – Their support is excellent and usually respond to tickets within minutes. The support team at Tech-Hosts are always willing to help and are always working to the best of their ability.
Their Linux VPS plans are hosted on rented servers from OVH in France on 1Gbps connections. They recently had an issue where one of their VPS nodes was down for a couple of days due to a networking fault at OVH. Apart from that – Their VPS service is fantastic. They offer an optional, fully managed service on all VPS plans free of charge whilst still providing root access. Burst RAM is offered on all plans along with optional extra’s such as cPanel, WHM-PHP and security services for a little bit extra monthly – These kind of services include full installation.
Their shared/reseller/master/SHOUTcast servers are all hosted in Maidenhead at the RapidSwitch data centre. Speed is fantastic – Running wget on a test file from my VPS in the US managed to reach speeds of 9MB/s – Tech-Hosts clearly know what they are doing!
I don’t like the fact their main website and client area is hosted one of their shared/reseller/master servers. In the event that this server was to become unavailable their website and support would be unreachable.

Overall – Like the other hosts I have mentioned on this blog – I would highly recommend Tech-Hosts. They seem to know what they are doing, offer excellent hosting services and support.
